Polished wafers are encased in wafer boats and aluminum foil bags with a vacuum seal to curb any oxidation and limit dust contamination. Single-wafer packaging options are also provided for specialized needs. For ground wafers or wafers measuring 12 inches, we utilize protective round cake boxes or plastic foam boxes with interleaving paper, to maintain the wafer's pristine condition.
